Add the Staccato P or at the very least a lookalike pistol

Add the Staccato P. I know that copyright is a thing, so perhaps a lookalike but lore-fied. It is a 2011 platform gun, which you can also add optics onto. Would be cool to see in-game, as it is one of my favorite guns.
