PSI-Z Destroyer
A result from the Psi-z program. A genetically modified SCP 096. Very hard to terminate. But not impossible. A boss-type enemy

DedoxxedBosses would completely erase "tactical" gaming depending on how they work... how do you think this would be implemented as a boss?
unnormal amount of hp?
dodge 1-hit attacks by jumping or crouching/etc?
Spawn in PSI-Z infectors/minions?
I don't see this really working unless it gets more creative like jumping out of vents or some shit, trying to attack you and go to another vent.
If you dodge the attack and let it hit against a wall, it gets stunned and you will be able to shoot at it...
That would be my idea, which isn't really creative and actually very basic.
But doing that while moving/progressing would be cool, like "your idea" appearing every few sequences/rooms, trying to get rid of teammates that are alone and moving in vents, trying to follow us, while we progress.
Teammates shouldn't even have to be alone, but would be cool if they specifically targeted them... -

Damien DrewsHe has maybe more HP than other enemies and spawns other infectors. But the idea of the comment before me is good

Gargoyle Sex (@ Steam Community)As Dedoxxed said, a Boss enemy would ruin the tactical shooter feeling. I personally think instead of a Boss enemy, they add a PSI-Z enemy type that would apprehend or stun a squadmate, forcing the other squadmates to assist them. Such an enemy would be a great addon to the tactical shooter format as such enemies made games like L4D2 more fun and encouraged cooperation.
