  I agree, if the premise is that the foundation has been compromised and fallen. it would make sense that in dire straights other factions in universe would step in time of great strife. Maybe not in every operation, but I would love a twist, encounter, or side quest of these other competitive with some of the foundations previous and noble goals would step in. It is also not the first time Church of the Broken God had snuck in.

  If the Church of the Broken God and UNGOC fail to join forces to stop the release plan of SCP-3179 from being unleashed upon the world, the Church of the Broken God may suffer internal division and self-destruction as in the original. What if the Church of the Broken God and UNGOC joined forces to stop the release plan in SCP: 5K?

  Within the actual SCP-5000 Lore it's implied that all GOI's did form an alliance against the Foundation, so the church would most likely join in as well.
