the developer must have forgot to put the game into the macbooks particularly the new versions

No, they bought a studio and tried booting up the game but have stated that the performance is absolute garbage. So, they refunded it and stated that they will not support any mac version.

Apple requires us to get an incredibly expensive Mac to build the game from, as they do NOT allow you to build Mac builds from Linux or Windows (they *require* Xcode to make Mac ports). A $3,000 Mac we got (open-mindedly) to try this out was not able to run the editor and necessary build operations, so we returned it and decided not to support the bad practices from Apple.

(Mac users are also <1% of wishlists/sales, which we were willing to accommodate under the right circumstances, things just didn't work out)

We recommend using Boot Camp or using a PC in general. Boot Camp would open the door for gaming with Steam far more with your Mac outright.
