Would be cool if the Guards broadcast something like : " PSI - Devastor in the transport Tunnel! Every Unit to the Transport Tunnels!"

A lotta potential with this one. Someone (friendly or otherwise) trying to contact the player. Be it people, an SCP, incoherent rambling, a certain AI (079) taunting the player. Could be someone trying to be helpful and warn of an upcoming/incoming danger.
